Tee O’Neill’s writing has been awarded the Edward Albee play award, RE Ross Trust Playwright’s Award, the Siena College International Play Award and an International Residency at the Royal Court Theatre in London, as well as a Winston Churchill Fellowship.
She holds a PhD in scriptwriting. Her book Writing the Biodrama, based on her PhD, is published by Endeavor Literary Press (USA); and there is now an accompanying online course available, on the creative processes required to write a drama based on a real person’s life.
When not writing, O’Neill is bounding around her farm in the Yarra Valley in Victoria, slavishly attending to five equine therapy horses, five rescue steers, two curly coated retrievers and when time permits, one very patient husband.
